We are thrilled to introduce you to an incredible opportunity to take your basketball skills to the next level – our BIG3 Sunday Skills Development Program!

At Willowbrook Jr Warriors, we understand the importance of a strong foundation in basketball fundamentals, which is why, in partnership with BIG3 Training Academy, we have designed an optional in-season program to supplement our regular practices focused entirely on skills development.

BIG3 works with 1,000's of players per year, including partnering with other feeder programs such as the Glen Ellyn Titans, Elmhurst Airborne, and Barrington Youth Basketball.

Program Highlights: 

  • Expert Coaching: Our program is led by a team of experienced and passionate basketball coaches who have a proven track record of developing players at all levels:

    Coach Robert Hudson (Owner, BIG3 Training Academy): Coach Robert Hudson was a 2-year varsity starting shooting guard at Conant High School. He was the leading scorer his senior year and received All-Conference, and All-Area honorable mention honors his senior year. He graduated from McKendree University where he played basketball on a full ride and earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. He is now the owner of BIG3 Training Academy and has had success developing many players at the high school level as well as at younger age levels. He loves working with young athletes and helping them learn to play the game the right way and helping them become better people by learning life lessons through the sport.

    Coach Brandon Endicott (Lead Trainer for this Partnership):
    Coach Endicott has been coaching basketball for the past seven years at various levels. Previously, he was the head 8th grade feeder basketball coach for his alma mater, Willowbrook High School, for five years. Since then, he has transitioned into a new head coaching role with BIG3 for the past year. Coach Endicott played four years of high school basketball and recently graduated from Elmhurst University in 2020.

    Coaching basketball is one of Coach Endicott’s greatest passions. He is fascinated with how quickly athletes can develop their game, ask coaches meaningful questions, and be so determined to improve their skill set. His goal each season is simple: to better prepare athletes for the next level by ensuring they are maximizing their strengths, while developing areas of opportunity within their game.

  • Personalized Training: We believe in individualized attention. Our coaches will assess your strengths and weaknesses and tailor the training to your specific needs, ensuring that you make steady progress throughout the season.

  • Comprehensive Curriculum: Our coaching staff will work closely with you to enhance your fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defensive techniques. We'll also focus on basketball IQ, helping you make smarter decisions on the court.

  • Game Simulation: We believe in learning by doing. Regular scrimmages and game simulations will allow you to apply what you've learned in real-game situations, helping you gain confidence and experience.

Program Details:
Please Note: This program is only open to those players participating on a 2023-24 Jr Warriors/Jr Lady Warriors team

Start Date: November 19th
Sessions: Weekly on Sunday nights, 11 sessions total (11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25)
Location: Willowbrook High School
Age Group (co-ed; each group limited to max of 20 players):
- 3rd-5th Grade: 5:00-6:30
- 6th-8th Grade: 6:30-8:00
Program Cost: $225 (pay in full or payment plan available)
