A coach can not make a player great. A coach can teach, a coach can set an example, and a coach can inspire a young player to see what is possible through hard work. Ultimately it is on the player to work themselves into becoming the best player they can be.

We're thrilled to share the details of our Annual "Willowbrook Jr Warriors 10K Shot and 50K Dribble Club" this summer. Only through hard work and perseverance will we build the culture which allows our Jr Warriors and Jr Lady Warriors to be the best leaders, teammates and players they can be.

The Willowbrook Jr Warriors 10K Shot/50K Dribble Club is a chance for you to improve your dribbling and shooting skills over the summer, while challenging yourself and your friends to earn your place in Jr Warriors history (and a chance to win some great prizes!)

Players participating in and completing both the shot and dribble goals will earn Jr Warriors "ELITE" status. Players participating in and completing one goal will earn Jr Warriors "PRO" status. There is no cost to compete so let's get to work!

Here are the details to get started:

- The competition starts on May 1st (check out some drills and workouts to improve your shot and ball handling to the right/bottom) - these can be done in a gym or at home on your driveway!

- Track your shots and dribbles every day. This can be done manually using a calendar, a shot tracker or a shooting app (some options listed to the right/bottom). Use whatever works for you!

- Read Additional Program Details as you can earn additional shots and dribbles for camp, practice and game participation. 

- Complete all activity by September 1st and be sure to register your results once finished no later than September 3rd

- All players who reach their goal will receive a "10K Shot/50K Dribble Club" shirt and be honored at a Willowbrook Varsity Basketball home game.  

JR WARRIORS "ELITE STATUS" (complete both goals)

- A 10K/50K Club "Elite Status" Pullover
- Recognition during a Willowbrook High School varsity basketball game

JR WARRIORS "PRO STATUS" (complete one goal)

- Your name forever commemorated on the Willowbrook Jr Warriors website!
- A 10K/50K Club "Pro Status" T-Shirt
- Recognition during a Willowbrook High School varsity basketball game

TOP SHOOTER / DRIBBLER AWARD AT EACH GRADE LEVEL

 For the player achieving the most recorded shots or dribbles at each grade level, not only will you become a part of the 10K Shot/50K Dribble Club and all the perks that come along with that honor, you will also win a special award for your achievement!
